StatsReceipt is a web-based tool that allows users to generate visual “receipt-style” summaries of social media statistics, such as followers, likes, and engagement metrics, based on user-provided data.

StatsReceipt does not verify the accuracy of the data entered by users and does not guarantee the correctness of generated outputs.

3. Free and Pro Usage

StatsReceipt offers both free and paid (“Pro”) features.
Free usage may be limited in functionality or number of generated receipts.
Pro features are unlocked after a successful payment.
The specific limitations and features may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for Pro features are processed securely by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. StatsReceipt does not store payment information such as credit card details. All billing, invoicing, and refunds are handled in accordance with LemonSqueezy’s policies.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to review and are handled through LemonSqueezy. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or violations of these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

You are responsible for all data you enter into the Service.
You will not use the Service for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service.

7. No Affiliation Disclaimer

StatsReceipt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Meta.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and functionality of StatsReceipt are the exclusive property of StatsReceipt, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatsReceipt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
