Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and acceptance

StatsReceipt is a service provided by Francisco Ruiz de Lope (NIF 74228093D), address C/ Mar, 4, 03130 Santa Pola (Alicante), Spain, contact fruizdelope+statsreceipt@gmail.com.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What the Service does (and does not do)

StatsReceipt generates receipt-styled images from social media or revenue metrics.

Important, about the word "verified". On social receipts, you enter the figures yourself: StatsReceipt does not check, audit or certify that they are accurate, and the resulting image is not proof of anything to a third party. The only exception is MRR receipts generated from TrustMRR data, where verification is performed by that third party and not by us.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of the data you enter and for how you use the generated images, particularly if you present them to brands, advertisers or investors.

3. Free and paid plans

The free plan allows a limited number of receipts per day and includes a watermark.
Paid plans (Creator Pro, Founder Pro) remove those limits as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
We may change plan features or limits. If a change materially reduces what a paying customer bought, we will notify them and they may terminate with a refund of the unused portion.

4. Prices, payment and invoicing

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy LLC, acting as Merchant of Record. This means your purchase contract is with Lemon Squeezy LLC, which issues the invoice and remits applicable taxes (VAT or otherwise, depending on your country).

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. We never store or process your card details.

Lemon Squeezy LLC's buyer terms also apply.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.

Immediate-access exception. At checkout you are asked to expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied in full (art. 103.m TRLGDCU). If you do not give that consent, access is activated at the end of the 14-day period.

To withdraw, just tell us at fruizdelope+statsreceipt@gmail.com, or contact Lemon Squeezy LLC directly from your order confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Separately from the withdrawal right above, we handle refund requests for service failures or unrecognised charges. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy LLC.

We may refuse refunds in cases of fraudulent or abusive use. This never limits the rights consumer law grants you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Enter false data intending to mislead brands, advertisers, investors or the public.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
Circumvent free-plan limits, the watermark or access controls.
Reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service or its API.

8. API and AI agents

We offer an API and an MCP server to generate receipts from applications or AI agents. Use is subject to these Terms, the published quota limits and the specific conditions in the API documentation. We may throttle or revoke access in case of abuse.

9. Intellectual property

The StatsReceipt software, design and brand belong to us. The images you generate are yours, and you may use and distribute them freely, including commercially.

Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Meta and Stripe are trademarks of their owners. StatsReceipt is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

10. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We depend on third parties (Google, Lemon Squeezy LLC, TrustMRR) whose outages can affect us.

None of the above excludes or limits the statutory guarantee of conformity or any other right EU consumer law grants consumers.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or lost opportunities arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to personal injury, or to any case where the law does not permit limiting liability.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel your access if you breach these Terms, with prior notice unless severity or urgency prevents it. If we cancel a paid licence for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund the unused portion pro rata.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to fruizdelope+statsreceipt@gmail.com.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you are a consumer, you may sue and be sued in the courts of your place of residence, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules. If you contract as a business or professional, the parties submit to the Spanish courts of the provider's domicile.
